APPOINTMENT RESPONSIBILITY:

We value your time and ours.

Please remember when booking an appointment, no other client may have that appointment as it is yours now, we have also allocated a highly qualified somatologist to take care of you for the time you have booked. Appointments are only fixed once confirmed in writing via text message, email or WhatsApp by Synergy Staff and a 50% deposit are paid upfront.

Unfortunately, some appointments are canceled with little or no notice. Our business is appointment based and any appointment canceled at late notice causes and inconvenience to other clients and loss of revenue to the clinic.

We understand "real life" things arise, unfortunately, the clinic still bears the full cost. Out of respect to the clinic, your somatologist and other clients 24-hour notice is required for any change or cancellation of an appointment, this includes a change of the service that is booked.

In the event of late or no notice or repeat late cancellations the full cost of any future services applies at the time of booking and all costs for revenue lost will be for the client's account.

A maximum of 15 minutes of tardiness will be allowed for an appointment. Should it become a recurring event the clinic has the right to refuse the rendering of services and the client will be charged for the appointment. Please respect other clients and the clinic.
